Since its establishment in the financial year 2005-06, Mohan Spintex India Limited (MSIL) has dedicated itself to the welfare of the local community and the surrounding regions in its unique way. Well before Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) became a mandatory component of the Companies Act in 2013, MSIL recognized the importance of community development and proactively took measures in that direction. At MSIL, the well-being of the people and the upliftment of the surrounding areas are considered equally significant as the welfare of the company's stakeholders.
The CSR activities of the company will be carried out under the supervision of the CSR Committee of the Board. This committee will consist of three or more Directors, with a mandatory requirement that at least one of them is an Independent Director.
